Training
In addition to the administration of the Homeland Security grant programs, The Missouri OHS, G & T serves the State’s emergency responder community by offering training to build critical skills that responders need to function effectively in mass consequence events. OHS G & T primarily serves state and local entities, but has expanded to serve private sector and citizens in recognition of their significant role in domestic preparedness. Students attend OHS G & T sponsored courses to learn how to apply the basic skills of their profession in the context of preparing, preventing, deterring, responding to and recovering from acts of terrorism and catastrophic events. For more information on OHS Training program, contact Jack Raetz, Training Officer. To access the OHS Training Schedule and to register for training courses, go to: http://training.dps.mo.gov/
