Annual Memorial Service

For 2018, due to extensive construction on the grounds of the Missouri Capitol, the Law Enforcement Memorial Service will be held in the Carnahan Memorial Garden, located at 101 Jefferson Street, East. The garden is on the Capitol grounds on the west side of the Governor's Mansion. The Friday night Candlelight Vigil will be held at the Law Enforcement Memorial Wall, as usual. (It is a smaller event, which allows it to be held on the lawn and sidewalk beside the memorial.)

Please allow extra time, as parking will be more limited than in the past, and consider parking in the Senate (Circular) Parking Garage to the northeast of the Capitol and accessible from East Capitol Avenue. ADA parking spaces will continue to be available on the North Circle Drive.
