Interoperable Communication MoScap Grant Program

The Department of Public Safety has created the Missouri Statewide Communications Assistance Program (MoSCAP) to assist public safety agencies with purchasing dual-band mobile radios to best utilize the MOSWIN . The MoSCAP grant program will access funding, as it becomes available, to provide local jurisdictions with funding to purchase radios capable of operating on the statewide network. MoSCAP is a competitive grant process that may include a local match requirement. Local public safety agencies in Missouri may apply for MoSCAP grants on line by accessing the MoSCAP grant application.
