Interoperable Communication MoScap Grant Program

The Department of Public Safety has created the Missouri Statewide Communications Assistance Program (MoSCAP) to assist public safety agencies with purchasing dual-band mobile radios to best utilize the MOSWIN. The MoSCAP grant program will access funding, as it becomes available, to provide local jurisdictions with funding to purchase radios capable of operating on the statewide network. MoSCAP is a competitive grant process that may include a local match requirement. Local public safety agencies in Missouri may apply for MoSCAP grants on line by accessing the MoSCAP grant application.
